Founded on 18th of August 2025 registered as a section 8 company under the registrar of companies as a non-profitable organisation. “Kingdom Consulting and Services Foundation” (KCSF) was established by a group of visionary leaders united by a shared purpose, to redefine the standards of consulting and business services in India. Built on the principles of transparency, ethics, and value-based leadership, KCSF is deeply committed to fostering trust and sustainable growth among individuals, institutions, and enterprises.
KCSF bridges the gap between potential and performance, empowering businesses to overcome challenges through strategic insights, expert guidance, and practical solutions. Beyond consulting, KCSF stands as a platform for empowerment and transformation.

Vivek Harinarain - IAS | Chairman
Vivek Harinarain, an IAS officer (1980 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre), holds an M.A. in History from Lucknow University and an M.S. in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics. He has served in key administrative and corporate roles, including District Collector of Thanjavur, Secretary of IT (Tamil Nadu), CEO of the Tea Board, MD of OPG Power, and Chairman of Elnet Technologies. With expertise in governance, technology, infrastructure, and leadership, he now mentors institutions such as KingMakers IAS Academy and Kodaikanal International School. As Advisor to KCSF, he continues to guide individuals and organizations toward excellence and sustainable growth.
Dr. T. Prabhakara Rao - IAS | Vice Chairman
Dr. T. Prabhakara Rao, an IAS officer from Andhra Pradesh, holds an MBBS and advanced degrees including an M.A. in Social Development (University of Reading, UK) and Theology (AP Theological University, Vizag), along with courses from Harvard University. He has served in senior roles such as CMD of TIIC and Tamil Nadu Cements, Principal Secretary (Labour and Employment), Additional Chief Secretary (Transport), and Electricity Regulator. A recipient of the President’s Medal and Tamil Nadu Government Medal, he is known for his leadership in governance, administration, and public sector reform. A passionate mentor and musician, Dr. Rao continues to guide future leaders and contribute to KCSF’s vision of growth and excellence.

Dr. R. Kishore Kumar, from Tamil Nadu, holds a Ph.D. in Education, M.Sc. in Biology, and M.Ed. A distinguished leader in educational management, he has served as Senior Principal and Trustee at St. John’s Educational Institutions, Patron of the United District Self-Financing Schools Association, and Director of the Indian Christian Chamber of Commerce. With expertise in teacher training, curriculum design, and school leadership, he has represented India in international education programs across the UK, Malaysia, and Bhutan. A recipient of the Computer Literacy Excellence Award (2003) and Lifetime Achievement Award, Dr. Kishorekumar continues to champion innovative, child-centered education and supports KCSF’s mission to advance learning and leadership.

Dr. Prateep V Philip - IPS |Director Retd. TN DGP
Dr. Prateep V Philip, IPS (Retd.), from Karnataka, holds a Ph.D. in Management and a certificate in Globalisation from the London School of Economics. A distinguished police leader, he has served as DGP CBCID, Director TNPA, ADGP EOW, and ADGP Crime, leading major investigations and organizational reforms. Founder of FoP (Friends of Police), Sense X, and creator of Excenomics and Equilibrium Psychology, he is known for pioneering innovative models in policing, leadership, and societal development. Recipient of the Queen’s Award for Innovation and the British Gurukul Chevening Scholarship, Dr. Philip is also Founder and Chairman of Sentient Biotech Pvt. Ltd. An accomplished author and mentor, he continues to inspire leadership, innovation, and strategic growth in alignment with KCSF’s mission.

Senior Counsel Chennai Highcourt
Ravi Kumar Paul, son of Justice C.J.R. Paul, holds a B.A. in English Literature from Madras Christian College and a Bachelor of Law from Madras Law College. A former Central Government Group A officer (1980–1986), he later established himself as a leading advocate and Partner at Paul & Paul Law Firm and Paul & Paul J. Hudson Samuel & Partners, earning the title of Senior Advocate by the Madras High Court in 2017. Founder of PRISM NGO (2014), he specializes in civil law, arbitration, corporate, service, and property law, among others. A Gold Medalist in English and recipient of the Justice V.R. Krishna Iyer Centenary Award (2015) and the IICCC Award of Excellence (2024), he brings his legal acumen and commitment to social justice to support KCSF’s mission of empowering Christian entrepreneurs and institutions.

Dr. J.V. Ragoo Bruno, born in Pondicherry-India, holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration. He is an accomplished leader with extensive international experience. He has got a commendable service record having served in various MNCs at senior management roles, like Project Manager, Logistics Manager, Facility Manager, General Manager and CEO. He was robust in managing several prestigious projects in DUBAI, SINGAPORE and INDIA. Dubai Metro, Emirates Airport T3, Dubai world and Palm Island. Platinum Yachts (noted for a Guinness World Record in 2003). 400 USD value was built for H. H. Sheik Mohammed the Ruler of Dubai. He holds many honorary positions with National and international organisation’s such as Secretary General of the Asian Arab Institute of Diplomacy and National Secretary for NUF. His expertise spans across strategy, process, governance, operations, and leadership development. A certified ISO 9001, safety, project management, LEED, and AI personal. Dr. Bruno has trained over 400 educators and is dedicated to using AI and technology to enhance people and eradicate poverty nationwide, develop young entrepreneurs and empower woman.
Antony Clifford | Nominee Director
Anthony Clifford has extensive experience in handling a wide range of complex matters related to Income Tax, GST, International Taxation, and Company Law. With a strong and diverse client base, he has worked with organisations across various sectors, including global exporters, hospitals, educational institutions, infrastructure companies, software firms, garment exporters, FMCG entities, and green energy companies. His expertise also includes project funding, company formation, statutory compliances, and designing accounting systems and management policies. He is committed to supporting Christian institutions by offering Chartered Accountancy services at a very nominal fee, with the entire amount being contributed to KCS for its charitable initiatives.
